Cadernwydd Alys is a Welsh Witch and former coven leader with a lifetime's experience of herbalism, ritual, healing and divination.
As a magical herbalist she uses ancient blends of herbs in incense and sacred smoke, and magical oils, to enhance shamanic ritual. As a hedgewitch, she combines the use of herbs with sacred meal preparation and brewing to bring the sacred into everyday life.
