Being Seen

An invitation to have the parts of you witnessed that you may be too scared to share, may feel shame at being seen, or are hiding away from the world. It may be a body part, an emotion, part of your sexuality or gender expression, something you don’t like about yourself.
Held as a circle, there is a chance to share and be witnessed by your fiercely supportive fellow circle holders.
You will be held in unconditional positive regard, and experience what it is like for the parts of you that have been hidden in the shadows, to be celebrated and loved with radical acceptance and no judgment.

Navigating Relationship Repair

Conflict is unavoidable; it’s what happens afterwards that matters. This workshop explores the structure behind navigating conflict.
Can we hold each other in our difficult feelings?
Can we own and take responsibility for what is ours without getting defensive and reactionary?
How do we soothe and regulate our nervous systems through these painful moments?

Neurodivergent Eros

Once we step outside the paradigm of neurotypical eroticism, what emerges and becomes possible?
In this workshop we will explore how neurodivergent folk connect with their personal sense of eros. How do we support ourselves and others with asking for what we want to receive; in touch, in play, and in sexual encounters?
There will be a space to share your erotic experiences as a neurodivergent person, and an opportunity to explore platonic touch if desired.

The Courage to Speak Our Truth

We have all grown up in a culture of obedience and unspoken power relationships. Queer and trans lives have been particularly marginalised and impacted by shame.
Within this context it can be hard, or even unsafe, to know, acknowledge, and articulate our own truths.
In a carefully held space, we will be invited to share how we have been hurt by shame.
We will share strategies to unlearn and overcome the ways we have been silenced, finding safe ways to share our experiences and say what we need to say.

The Naming of Parts

This workshop explores the language we use for our bodies and how it is shaped by shame, culture, family, education and lived experience.
Through guided journalling with somatic awareness and creative body-mapping, participants reflect on how naming — or not naming — affects self-relationship.
Together we will co-create a shared community body map, with optional, consent-based word placement.

What Sex Isn’t

Sex isn’t separate from other personal experience, sex isn’t easily definable, sex isn’t always implied by nakedness, sex isn’t just about genitals, sex isn’t proof of ownership or entitlement.
A practical, interactive workshop looking at what ‘sex’ means to us, and how the concept of ‘sex’ has been hijacked and warped by convention, religion, fear, shame and commercialisation.
Starting from ourselves and our own experiences, we’ll explore, redefine and reclaim our unique personal relationship with our own sexuality.

Where Shame Lives

An interactive workshop looking at how shame is learned, embodied, and shaped by power.

No pressure to disclose. Consent, care, and choice are central.
