Based on my experience as a lifelong dancer, complex trauma, occupational therapist and practicer of various spiritual body based practices and somatic practices.
We work as a group releasing sound from our bodies through relaxation, eradicating tension, exploring resonance through vocal exercises and techniques.
In this singing circle, we reclaim our place in the circle of life as queer beings.
A workshop that invites us all to explore how we share stories in order to connect, build community and combat capitalism.
