Martin – Golden Hour [Attractions]

Martin joined Queer Spirit in 2023 as a photographer, arriving to capture the magic of the festival through his lens. But somewhere between the golden light and the swell of pure queer joy, something deeper stirred. What began as a creative contribution quickly unfolded into a transformative journey.

Inspired by the heart and spirit of the gathering, Martin’s role naturally expanded. Today, he is deeply woven into the fabric of marketing and communications—lovingly known within the team as Attractions—helping to shape how the festival shares its story with the world.

Originally from Czechia, Martin later made his home in Devon, where he spent eight years co-creating and organising a regular queer club night in Exeter, nurturing community and connection on and off the dance floor. Keen naturist, Martin can often be seen wearing nothing but a smile.
